He and his wife, Margaret L VanName, are buried in Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.

Thelma Cleobelle Rogers Samler was the daughter of Velma Baugh Rogers, and grand-daughter of Joseph Allen Baugh. She was born 5 Oct 1921 and died 20 Sep 2000. She is buried in Hope Valley/Brunswig Cemetery in Saint Francis, Cheyenne, Kansas.
